Specialist Resurse Umane / HR Specialist

Qualifications:

Prior experience working in an administrative, communications or human resources role, with an ambition to advance and have an impactful career in HR
Good knowledge of employment-related laws, regulations and procedures
Experience planning meetings or events highly desirable
Must know MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Foreign languages: English in verbal and written communication
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, rigorous, diplomatic, punctual person
Ability to work in a team but also independently

Responsibilities:

Implementing HR policies and practices in the field of personnel management for Mcdonald’s Moldova.
Contributing to the development of strategies for People.
Supporting staff recruitment and retention.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports on all the above-mentioned activities and their results.
