Key Responsibilities:

Execute different types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Assist in the design, development, and execution of test cases based on software requirements.
Conduct component-level testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with developers for resolution.
Participate in static testing activities such as peer reviews and walkthroughs.
Support test planning, estimation, and documentation of test results.
Use testing tools for test execution, logging, and defect tracking.
Contribute to continuous test improvements and automation initiatives.
Work closely with developers, analysts, and business teams to ensure test coverage and software quality.

Skills and Techniques:

2+ years of proven experience in software testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
Understanding of fundamental testing concepts, including test objectives, principles, and processes.
Experience with functional, regression, and integration testing.
Basic knowledge of static testing techniques, such as walkthroughs and reviews.
Familiarity with test design techniques, including black-box and exploratory testing.
Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure or similar).
Basic exposure to test automation or scripting (e.g., Playwright, JS, Postman is a plus).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying software defects.
Understanding of test documentation, including test plans and test case writing.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required for documentation and communication with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
