Position Summary:
As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of one of our FinTech solutions, leveraging innovative technologies to simplify global banking. Your role will involve shaping product strategies, defining requirements, and working closely with diverse teams to enhance user experiences while maintaining robust compliance and operational excellence.
BLOCK 1. Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks. Develop and Execute Product
Optimize for Scalability: Work on enhancing existing product capabilities to serve businesses across 210+ countries effectively.
Strategy: Define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with MultiPass’s mission to streamline cross-border payments.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional product solutions tailored to customer needs.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of SMEs, prioritizing features that address pain points like hidden fees, slow transactions, and multicurrency complexities.
Instruction and Process Scheme Creation: Design and document product workflows, process schemes, and instructional materials to ensure seamless adoption by internal teams and end users.
Process Analysis and Automation: Continuously evaluate product workflows and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and automate repetitive tasks wherever feasible.
Process Control and Monitoring: Oversee product-related processes to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Utilize data insights to drive continuous improvements.
Request Creation for IT Team: Work closely with the IT team to create detailed, well-documented feature requests, including functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
BLOCK 2. Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in product management, preferably in fintech, banking, or SaaS industries.
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with product management tools, and digital onboarding.
Global Mindset: Comfortable working across geographies and cultures, with a deep understanding of SME challenges in international markets.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Fluent English skills.
