L1 Customer Support Agent is responsible for processing incoming requests, preparing a solution and providing feedback on them.
About your key responsibilities and impact:
Processing an incoming request for the provision of information about transactions and solving customer issues;
Communicating with the financial and operational departments, on reconciliation issues, client documents for financial claims, and other current inquiries;
Communicating and interacting with other partners of the company.
Essential professional experience:
Ability to work at night shift;
Understanding how payment systems work will be a plus;
Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Excel is required);
Higher education and ability to quickly assimilate large amounts of information;
Good communication skills, multitasking, energetic;
Attentiveness to details and high self-organization.
