Open Deck Dispatch Specialist - Earn Up to $6,000

We are a well-established American company, proudly based in the Chicagoland area since 2012, committed to providing reliable transportation services across the nation. We are now seeking a talented dispatcher to join our vibrant team at our Chisinau branch office!
If you have a high level of English proficiency, at least six months of experience in a similar role, and strong teamwork abilities, we want to hear from you!
As a dispatcher, your primary responsibilities include negotiating rates, coordinating freight for trucks, and efficiently managing a group of 5-6 drivers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and promptly resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements:

High level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
Minimum of 6 months experience as a dispatcher or in a related role
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and solve problems.
Availability to work evening shifts from Monday to Friday, 15:00-24:00.
