NOC Specialist

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position such as NOC/Tech Support engineer
Basic Linux OS knowledge (Ubuntu, Redhat)
Network troubleshooting and configuration
Basic Bash knowledge
Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus) and principles
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, drive to prevent incidents
Be innovative, learn new tools and best practices

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI)
Automate build, test, and deployment processes
Implement monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana)
Collaborate with development teams using Git for version control
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
