We are looking for an energetic and well-organized HR Manager to join our team!
If you enjoy everything related to human resources - recruitment, managing documents, performance evaluations, salary and bonus administration, and all things people-related - we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing recruitment and selection strategies
- Ensuring the accuracy of documentation regarding hiring, leave, and resignations
- Evaluating employee performance and actively participating in their retention
- Administering and executing the calculation of benefits and compensation
- Supplying the office with the best consumables for employee comfort and fostering a wonderful working atmosphere in the office
Requirements and skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources
- Knowledge of legislation and the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and management abilities
- Intermediate level of English (written, reading, speaking)
