What you'll do:

Engage potential customers
Identify new business opportunities in freight brokerage
Identify carrier capacity and negotiate competitive rates for freight services
Maintain long-term relationships with customers and carriers
Coordinate and monitor freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of transactions and communication with customers

What we're looking for:

Experience in freight brokerage or a similar role in logistics industry
Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales or brokerage targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Multi-tasking skills
Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00
