As a Data Entry, your primary mission revolves around accurate data input, meticulous invoice processing, and ensuring a seamless flow within our billing operations. Your contribution is pivotal in maintaining precise financial records and bolstering the company's financial prosperity.

Responsibilities:

Skillfully manage and input data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Process invoices with a keen eye for detail and completeness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any billing discrepancies.
Maintain well-organized and up-to-date financial transaction records.
Generate and distribute essential financial reports as required.

Qualifications:

Intermediate spoken and written English skills required.
Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficient typing and data entry abilities.
Basic understanding of financial processes and principles.
Ability to be discreet and maintain the security of patient or customer information.
Previous exposure to data entry or billing tasks is advantageous.
Familiarity with financial software or tools would be a bonus.
Experience in Transportation company, it will be a plus.
