Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Intermediate System/Network Admin who has passion for technology and wants to grow professionally. Someone who likes technical challenges and finds ways to solve them. You love troubleshooting computer/network/server issues and are good at them.
You have 3-5 years of experience in computer & network support. In your IT experience you have configured corporate networks, systems, servers and networks. You have a strong desire to advance your IT skills to the next level.

Sum up of responsibilities:

-Keep track of incoming issues from customers by tracking ticketing system, email and/or phone. Ensure response in a timely manner according to company SLAs
-Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to network, software, hardware and cloud
-Troubleshoot different level of complexity issues (Tier 1 to 3) that include: PC, Server, network, cloud. Make sure issues are fixed and customer is happy
-Monitor and respond to alerts and action or escalate as required
-Monitor backups and perform test restores quarterly
-Proactively monitor systems and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
-Work with vendor support on behalf of our clients to ensure their support issues are resolved

Qualifications:

-English at proficient level, must be able to freely talk and understand native speakers
-At least 3-5 years of experience in System Administration and a PASSION for TECHNOLOGY
-Experience in cloud networking – Cisco Meraki
-Cloud – Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Microsoft Azure skills
-Strong qualifications and experience in Microsoft Technologies – Windows 10/11, Windows 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, DHCP, NPS, DNS
-Strong knowledge in virtualization HyperV and/or VMWare
-Network – Experience with Cisco Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti Wireless
-Network – expert knowledge and experience in TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPN, Wireless
-Experience with Server installations, maintenance and troubleshooting
-Detail oriented with excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
-Must have knowledge of industry best practices for technologies used at customer premise.
-Ability to learn new stuff by researching specific technology your own

-Microsoft Certification and/or Networking Certification
-This position offers flexible working hours. However, it is essential that this flexibility does not compromise the customer experience, and all customer requests should be addressed promptly and efficiently.
