Otr driver recruiter

OTR DRIVER Recruiter NEEDED to start immideately.

A Chicago based carrier with a fleet of 27 Truck units (Dry V+Flat B), is looking for a driver recruiter to keep our company driver's team always fullfiled.

Work from Home Position.

Responsibilities:
-Calling leads and identify the qualified candidate;
-Follow the qualified candidate all way till hiring:
-Register the qualified candidate's information and follow his paperwork;
- Review leads through Tenstreet portal and Excel Spreadsheet;
- Backgrownd, Accidents and Violations record checking;
- Work in collaboration with supervisor or Manager to meet recruiting and hiring objectives.
In the future:
- Manage the necessary sourcing and advertising of openings.
- Placing ads on Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Google, Facebook and other social platforms.

Requirements:
- Perfect English (US);
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Experience in Recruiting (preferred) or OTR Dispatch;
- Minimum 1 year of trucking transportation experience preferred;
- Good PC and workplace setup;
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and databases (preferred byt not mandatory).
- Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus
- A motivated self-starter with a demonstrated ability to maintain a positive can-do attitude;

Working Hours:
Between 3 PM-12 AM Chisinau time. You own organize your time, normally this job might be done in bout 5 hrs/day, at the beggining might be a little more envolvement till get into the step, then its just to maintain.

Expecting results:
We normaly might need 1 max 2 drivers per week, but sometimes its jst keeping active candidates in file. It's a chill job, with no stress and no rush.

$200 / Week (we provide leads, and training to call and follow up process);
++ Bonuses for each hired Driver
