Who We’re Looking For
We seek a detail-oriented professional with strong research and communication skills — someone who can identify and qualify potential leads in the U.S. trucking sector. If you have a knack for uncovering new business opportunities and want to contribute to a dynamic startup, we’d like to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through multiple channels (online research, databases, social media, cold outreach, etc.)
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for our U.S. dispatch services
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
Monitor and track lead generation metrics in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Stay up to date on industry trends and market developments to refine targeting strategies

Who You Are
You have experience (1+ years preferred) in B2B lead generation or a similar role
You’re organized, analytical, and skilled at identifying promising prospects
You excel at communication - both written and verbal - and can adapt your approach to different audiences
You’re proactive and comfortable working independently to meet targets
You’re adaptable and eager to learn in an evolving market environment
