About the role:

The main role of the FP operator is to identify and prevent fraudulent activities by analyzing sales forms.
Detecting risk factors and making decisions regarding the verification process.
Contacting banks to verify customer's credit card details.
Browsing the internet to gather information about passengers.

Requirements / Skills and Competencies:

Intermediate English level
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Teamwork skills
Capability to work productively during night shifts
Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
Familiarity with CRM

Responsibilities:

Making decisions regarding the verification process.
Acting promptly and securely.
