Job Title: Back Office Assistant
Location: Chisinau, Moldova
Work Shifts: 3-week rotation roster:
- 6 AM to 3 PM
- 12 PM to 9 PM
- 9 PM to 6 AM

Position Overview:
As a Back Office Assistant at our Chisinau office, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by ensuring that all financial and administrative data is recorded accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail will help maintain the integrity of our organization, from processing supplier invoices to managing daily reconciliations. Working closely with the accounting and operational teams, you will provide timely information and reports to support management’s decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all financial information is recorded accurately and promptly.
- Verify and record supplier invoices.
- Record and check the company’s bank statements.
- Monitor emails and communications related to the accounting department.
- Communicate with and pay suppliers and service providers as needed.
- Check bank balances daily.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations.
- Record and file cash transactions.
- Collect documents for VAT submissions.
- Prepare various financial reports as required by management.
Requirements and Skills:
- Associate’s degree in a related field, with relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with bookkeeping software.
- Strong time management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Professional demeanor with a strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask while remaining motivated and positive.
- High commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information.
- Excellent administrative skills.
